Homemade pastries, homemade jams, lyutenitsa and other homemade foods, cereals, oat bran and muesli, cold cuts, farm cheese and kashkaval, vegetables and fruit, farm yoghurt and fresh milk, and hot drinks — tea, coffee and more.
Dinner
A variety of meat and meat-free cooked dishes, salads and desserts.
Homemade products
Jams from plums with walnuts, peaches, blueberries, figs, quince, apricots and cherries, plus blue-plum marmalade; natural nectars from the fruit of our gardens; lyutenitsa, kyopoolu, pickles, gherkins and tomato sauce; organic wine — white, red and rosé from Nera Gora — and homemade wine (merlot, pinot noir and blends); homemade grape and plum rakia. From local, trusted farms of our friends we source kashkaval, cheese, cow's and sheep's milk, eggs, pork and chicken, sudzhuk and mince.
