How far is Hotel SOFIA from the Bansko gondola?
The first station of the Bansko gondola is 800 m from the hotel, about ten minutes on foot. By arrangement we drive you there in the morning and pick you up at 16:00.
Is there a transfer to the ski lift?
Yes, by arrangement with reception. In the morning we drive you to the first gondola station and at 16:00 we pick you up; the price is agreed on the spot.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We accept dogs and cats up to 10 kg with prior confirmation, at 10 € per night. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the children's corner and must not stay alone in the room without arranging it with reception.
Are breakfast and dinner available?
Yes. You can book the room only and add breakfast and dinner. The restaurant serves home cooking with fresh local products, and the lobby bar is open through the day. Room service runs daily from 10:00 to 23:00.

In the Old Town quarter of Bansko at 16 Radon Todev Street (2770), on a quiet street just minutes from the centre and 800 m from the gondola.
How do I book a stay?
Online on the Booking page: choose a room, your dates and any extras. When rooms are available the booking is confirmed at once and you receive a confirmation email with the terms. You can also call +359 889 584 135 or email sofiahotel2025@abv.bg.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
Is there a minimum stay?
From 1 October 2026 to 15 June 2027 the minimum stay is 2 nights. In summer we also take single-night stays.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date. Later cancellations are charged the value of 2 nights.
Is parking available?
Yes. Guest parking in the heart of Bansko is included, free of charge.
Do you have a crib and a space for children?
Yes. A children's corner lets younger guests play while families unwind, and a baby crib is free on request, just mention the child's age in your notes.
Can you arrange a transfer or an event?
Yes, both on request. We arrange transfers to and from Sofia Airport, Plovdiv Airport, Dobrinishte and Razlog, and we organise family celebrations and small events at the hotel; the price for each is confirmed with reception.
